How AI reply credits work
One AI reply credit is one reply generated by the agent in a chat conversation on any channel (web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Slack, email or SMS). Messages your team sends by hand do not use credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, shown in the plan cards above. When you need more, a pack of 750 credits is $19. WhatsApp broadcast sends are counted separately, and a pack of 10,000 template sends is $9.
What is billed separately
- Meta's WhatsApp message fees. Template messages are billed by Meta to your Meta business account by category and country; replies inside the 24-hour window are free. Botcadence does not mark these up. See the WhatsApp Business API pricing guide.
- Telephony. Voice AI includes the calling minutes; if you bring your own carrier number through a SIP provider, that provider bills its own charges.
- Taxes. Prices are shown before applicable taxes. Visitors in India see prices in INR automatically.
Managed plans
Done-for-you answering: Restoration Answer Desk
For water, fire and mold restoration companies that want a managed 24/7 answer desk rather than a self-serve agent: $399 a month for 150 answered calls, then $2 per additional answered call, with spam and hang-ups unbilled and storm-event overage waived when Botcadence declares a storm event. Yes. The Free plan includes website chat and WhatsApp, 100 AI reply credits, 10 conversations and 200 WhatsApp broadcast messages a month, with no credit card. Voice minutes are not included on Free; the Voice AI plan ($249 a month) adds 1,500 minutes. Default models use 1 credit per reply; premium models may use more.
When you use your monthly Free plan AI reply credits or WhatsApp broadcast messages, those metered actions pause until the next month or you upgrade to a paid plan with higher quotas.
