Pricing and billing
Yes. The Free plan includes website chat and WhatsApp, 100 AI reply credits, 10 conversations and 200 WhatsApp broadcast messages a month, with no credit card. Voice minutes are not included on Free; the Voice AI plan ($249 a month) adds 1,500 minutes. Default models use 1 credit per reply; premium models may use more.
When you use your monthly Free plan AI reply credits or WhatsApp broadcast messages, those metered actions pause until the next month or you upgrade to a paid plan with higher quotas.
The Voice AI plan is $249 a month with 1,500 minutes included, about $0.17 per included minute. Extra minutes are $25 per 200, about $0.13 a minute. The plan also includes Starter chat (web, WhatsApp, Instagram) plus SMS. Annual billing gives two months free. The done-for-you Restoration Answer Desk is billed per answered call instead: $399 for 150 calls, then $2 each.
One credit is one reply the agent generates in a chat conversation on any channel. Human replies do not use credits. Free includes 100 a month, Starter 600, Growth 2,000 and Business 6,000; a pack of 750 extra credits costs $19.
Self-serve chat and Voice AI plans have no setup fee. The done-for-you Restoration Answer Desk carries a $499 setup fee, which is waived on the founding offer.
No. Meta bills template messages directly to your Meta business account at its published rates, by category and country; replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window are free. Your Botcadence plan covers the chatbot, AI replies, inbox and integrations.
Cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and there are no cancellation fees on self-serve plans.
FAQ
Setup and onboarding
A website chat agent takes about 5 minutes: sign up, upload documents, customize the widget and paste one line of embed code. WhatsApp needs Meta business verification, usually 24 to 48 hours. Managed voice lines are set up by the Botcadence team in about 5 business days.
Our AI agent supports an extensive array of formats: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, XLSX, CSV, HTML, JSON, and more. You can also provide website URLs for automatic domain crawling.
Yes. You forward calls to the agent after hours, on overflow (no answer after a set number of rings) or 24/7, and change the forwarding rule whenever you want. Porting is not required.
No. Website chat is a single script tag, WhatsApp and Instagram connect through Meta's sign-in flow, and voice agents are configured in the dashboard; managed voice setup is done by the Botcadence team in about 5 business days. Developers can use the API and webhooks for custom automations.
Yes. One knowledge base and one set of rules serve every connected channel, so a policy answer is the same on the phone and in WhatsApp, and every conversation lands in one inbox.
FAQ
Voice agents
Yes. Botcadence supports AI agents for both inbound call handling and outbound call workflows such as follow-ups, reminders, and reactivation.
Calls are answered on the first ring, every call at once, with a sub-second response target between the caller finishing a sentence and the reply starting. Measured latency depends on the model and telephony path, which is why we recommend testing on the live demo line before deciding.
You choose the disclosure. The agent can introduce itself as an AI assistant, which we recommend and which some jurisdictions require, and it transfers to a person whenever the caller asks.
It transfers to the person or on-call rotation you configure, with the transcript and the fields it captured, or takes a structured message when nobody is available. Emergency rules, such as gas-smell scripts for HVAC companies, run before any transfer.
Yes. It checks availability in Google Calendar or Calendly, books during the call, sends a confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp, and writes the appointment to your CRM.
Spanish intake is available on the same number, and chat agents reply in 50+ languages with automatic detection. Voice languages depend on the voice model selected for the agent.
FAQ
Chatbots need the WhatsApp Business Platform (the API). Botcadence connects through Meta's Cloud API, a Business Solution Provider transfer, or coexistence mode so a number already on the Business app keeps working while automation is added.
When a customer messages you, a 24-hour customer-service window opens in which you can reply freely. After it closes, you need an approved message template to start the conversation again; templates are billed by Meta by category and country.
Meta business verification usually completes within 24 to 48 hours. Template approval and higher messaging limits follow as the number builds a quality history.
FAQ

Yes, through Meta's official Instagram Messaging API, which is the only way Botcadence connects. The agent replies to DMs, Story replies and campaign keywords, never sends cold DMs, and respects the 24-hour window and rate limits.
Yes. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and JobNimbus connect natively; Freshdesk and Zendesk receive tickets; other tools connect through Zapier, Google Sheets or webhooks. Transcripts, captured fields and call summaries land on the contact or deal record.
FAQ
Accuracy, data and security
Answers are grounded in documents and URLs you upload. When confidence is low or a topic is out of scope, the agent can escalate to a human with the transcript instead of inventing policy or pricing claims.
Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Agents only answer from the documents you upload, and you control retention and human-handoff rules from the dashboard.
Train in one primary language (for example English or Hindi); chat agents can respond across 50+ languages. Voice language packs depend on the voice model you select.
You can choose the model behind each agent from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, and switch when a better one ships. Answers are grounded in your documents regardless of the model.
Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit, access is limited to your workspace members, and the privacy policy lists every processor involved. Data residency options are discussed on Enterprise plans.
