Call scripts for restoration and HVAC companies
These are the scripts we give the people and AI agents who answer restoration and HVAC lines. Each one sets out the exact words to say in order, why each question is asked, what to write down, what never to promise on the phone and when to hand the call to your on-call technician. Every script has a Spanish version, prints on one page and downloads as a Word file you can edit.

How to use a script
- Replace the words in brackets with your company name, callback window and service area.
- Keep the order. Safety and the callback number come first so a dropped call still leaves you a job.
- Read the “What not to say” list with everyone who answers your line, including an answering service.
- Test it: call your own line after hours and check each step was asked.
How we keep them accurate
A Botcadence co-founder reviews each script, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top. Safety advice follows public guidance from the CDC, the CPSC, Ready.gov, the EPA and the American Red Cross, which each script lists with the date we checked it. The call taker records facts; decisions such as the water category, the repair and the price stay with your technician on site.
